I appreciate that you are using MXToolbox (I love their service and blogged about it: http://www.ns-tech.com/blog/geldred.nsf/d6plinks/GELD-862VRL ). However, have YOU tested your server to confirm that it is an open relay?

Again, I recommend that you telnet to your server and attempt to send mail from a domain not your own to a user not in your domain. This link should help you with the commands to test your server:
